Heimdall is a security scanner for software repos. Use it for personal or commercial projects. Don't scan repos you don't own or don't have permission to scan, and don't abuse the service with automated bulk requests.
Scan results come from an AI model. They're informational, not a professional security audit. We can't guarantee we'll catch everything, and some results may be false positives or false negatives.
Don't treat Heimdall as your only line of defense. Verify what the AI tells you, and bring in a security professional for anything serious.
To the extent the law allows, Heimdall and its creators aren't liable for damages from your use of the service, from acting on scan results, or from security incidents that happen before, during, or after a scan.
We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using Heimdall after a change, that counts as acceptance.
